1. Use both channels (A and B). Place the
4 electrodes either on the back or on an
extremity (e.g. thigh).

5. Facial massage
A tired and unsatisfactory appearance is generally the result of
psychological stress, time pressure or simply insufficient sleep.

skin of the face and subcutaneous regions to cause the many
small muscles to work and to promote circulation. The result is

appearance. You will feel the massage as a slight itching or
twitching. Facial care can be really relaxing – pure wellness!
Frequency of use:
min. 8 weeks, min. 2-3 times a week, then
once a week
Placement of the electrodes:
position the small round electrodes
as shown in figures 1, 2 and 3 in the folder at the end of the
Instructions for Use. Electrode position 3 applies the current to

muscles. This process exercises all the muscles in the upper
and lower part of the face and on the outside, in the mouth and
jaw region gently and effectively.

sensitively to electric current, a stimulation intensity of 4 to 6 mA is
generally sufficient. Only increase the intensity very cautiously.
