As-Needed Safety Checklist

Manage the Driveline exit site in accordance with the instructions provided by the 
clinician.

Clean the exterior surfaces of batteries using a clean, dry cloth. Do not use liquids such 
as water or liquid cleaning solvent to clean batteries. Keep batteries dry and away from 
water or liquid. 

Unplug the Battery Charger and clean the exterior surfaces using a clean, damp (not wet) 
cloth. You may use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner, if necessary. Do not submerge the 
charger in water or liquid.

REPLACE ANY EQUIPMENT OR SYSTEM COMPONENT THAT APPEARS DAMAGED OR 
WORN.
