Problem

The standby mode indicator
does not light up.
The receiver is disconnected
from the mains.
Check whether the power
adapter is connected to a
suitable outlet.
Check if the connector of the
power adapter is connected to
the receiver.
The receiver is connected
to the main power via an
extension cord and the switch
on the extension cable is OFF.
Turn on the power switch.
No signal found.
The antenna is disconnected.
Connect the antenna cable.
The antenna is damaged or
misaligned.
Check the antenna and its
position.
The cable between the antenna
and the receiver is damaged
or the cable is not connected
properly.
Check the condition of
the cable and check that
everything is connected.
An active antenna is connected
that requires a power supply via
the signal cable.
Activate the power to the
antenna in the menu of the
receiver.
The input on the TV was not
chosen corresponding to the
output of the receiver.
Select the correct input of the
TV for connecting the receiver.
Check the cable.
No picture or sound.
The plug is not connected
properly.
Check that the cables are
properly connected to the
outputs of the TV and the
receiver. Disconnect the
receiver and the TV from the
mains. Disconnect the cable
that connects the receiver
and the TV from both devices.
Connect the cable again,
convince yourself that it is
properly connected and that
the cable is steadily plugged
into the ports.
