The Positioner Subpanel is used to control Positioner functions of the Transform 
Engine image and wipe pattern placement, size, angle, and other attributes in 
conjunction with the menus for the Transform Engine. 
The Positioner is particularly suitable for adjusting position and rotation parameters 
and can also be used to select a color from an image (for example, chromakey backing 
color) using an on-screen cursor. 
 
Operating the Positioner subpanel involves delegating a resource and a set of 
associated parameters to the Positioner. The Positioner then provides control of the 
delegated parameter values.
