Component clearances required for installation and
maintenance
During installation and maintenance, it is necessary to access the back and sides of the product. If the
back of the product faces a wall, ensure that there is sufficient clearance on the bench to rotate the
product.
IMPORTANT!
For safety reasons, the power outlet for the product must be accessible at all times.
• The computer workspace allows for proper ergonomics during use.
• The workspace should comfortably fit the instrument and the computer.
• The location accommodates the dimensions and weights specified (“Components (unpackaged)”
• The location safely supports 100 kg (220 lbs).
• Allow at least 10 cm (4 in.) of cleared space next to the fan to allow air intake and exhaust.
• The instrument should be placed at least 1 m (1 yd) above the floor in order to protect against
water damage.
• The instrument should be placed at least 190 cm (75 in.) from the ceiling to allow the door to be
opened for service access.
