To replace the source heater block, lens heater block, or lens/source heater

1. Shut down your system by following the steps in

“Shutting Down the TSQ 9000 System”

page 127

2. Remove the analyzer tray from the instrument by following the instructions in

“Removing the Analyzer Tray from the TSQ 9000 Instrument”

page 129

3. Disconnect the Q1 entrance lens, Q2 entrance lens, Q3 entrance lens, and Q3 exit lens

wires from the source interface board using a flat-tipped screwdriver.
