Renaming Columns
You can rename the last three columns in the software. To view these
columns, scroll the main window to the right.
Changing the Order of Columns
To move a column to a different position, click the column header and drag
it. You can reposition any column except for the Time column.
Entering Text into Columns
You can manually enter text into these columns:
• Case ID
• Defendant
• Comment
• Any of the three columns that may be renamed
To enter text, double-click a table cell in one of these columns, then enter the
text.

Enter a name in the box
and click OK
