Appendix A: Watlow EZ Zone ® PM6 Series
Controller
Description
The Watlow EZ-ZONE® PM6 series controller is used to control the
temperatures of the pyrolyzer furnace and the analyzer oven. The controller
provides a signal output if the zone temperature is outside a specified range.
This appendix provides basic operating instructions and default configuration
settings. For complete operating information and troubleshooting, refer to the
EZ-ZONE PM PID Controller user’s manual.
Hardware Setup The EZ-ZONE PM6 is wired at the factory according to your application.
No other hardware settings are required.

The display and keys on the EZ-ZONE PM6 are shown below and described in
the table that follows.
