Setting up a measurement from the instrument
Multiskan Sky and Multiskan SkyHigh can be operated using the touch screen display of the
instrument. For more details, refer to the
Thermo Scientific™ Multiskan™ Sky Technical Manual
(Cat.
No. N18965) and
Thermo Scientific™ Multiskan™ SkyHigh Technical Manual
(Cat. No. N21872).
To measure the μDrop or μDrop Duo Plate:
1. Load the μDrop or μDrop Duo Plate to the instrument.
• If the plate carrier is in, push the power button to drive it out.
• When measuring a cuvette, place the cuvette into the cuvette slot. For instructions, see
2. Access the measurement from the
Home
screen of the instrument.
Note
Before starting the measurement, make sure that the serial number and pathlength(s) of the
μDrop or μDrop Duo Plate have been defined in the
Settings
of the instrument.
