8.3.3.3 Magnet Assembly Movement Test
•
Use “Flextest.key” in this check
- Select “m test”
- Magnets should be on the move for 5 minutes without any error messages
- Check that fixing screw heads of lever bearings are not contacting to lever turners. Select
“m bottom” to check magnet movement adjustment once again.
8.3.4 Turntable Offset Adjustment
•
Use “Flexrohead.key” in this adjustment
- Set alignment plate to turntable position 1
- Load “Flexrohead.key“
- Select “h plate level” and "h alignment"
- Check whether tips hit center of the plate hole.
- If tips do not hit correctly the plate hole check in what direction the turntable must be
turned:
- Select “rot off ccw” to turn turntable counterclockwise
- Select “rot off cw” to turn turntable clockwise
- Select “h up”
- Select “pos 5”
- Select “pos 1”
- Select “h plate level” and "h alignment"
- Repeat this procedure until adjustment is ready.
- Select “h up”
- Set alignment plates or KF96 plates to positions 1, 3, 5 and 7
- Select “R alignment check” --> Turntable is rotating to positions 3, 5 and 7 to be checked
for 10 seconds in each position
- Remove plates from positions 3, 5 and 7
- Set KF96 alignment plate to plate position 1
- Select “pos 5”
- Select “pos 1”
- Select "h plate level" and "h alignment"
- Check that adjustment is still OK.
- Select “h up”
- Select “pos 4”
- Select “pos 1”
- Select “h plate level” and “h alignment”
- Check that adjustment is still OK
- Select “h up” .
NOTE! If alignment plate is not
available. use normal kf96 plate.
