Low Exhaust Gas Flow
The Low Exhaust Gas Flow interlock indicates that the exhaust flow is
not above 0.1 mbar or has dropped below a specified threshold.

To reset the Low Exhaust Gas Flow interlock
1. Check the plasma exhaust ducts at the top of the instrument.
2. Check that the exhaust system on site is working properly.
Plasma Lit Sensor
The Plasma Lit Sensor interlock indicates that the plasma is lit although
is has not been started. Also see the readback values in the Plasma pane,
