4. To increase the value:
• Press the + key.
5. To reduce the value:
• Press the - key.
6. The value change appears in the display. The New message indicates that the selection has been
changed, but not saved yet.
7. To accept and save the change:
• Press the Enter key.
• The system returns to the Settings/Setup menu.
Key Tone Setting
The input dialog allows the loudness of the key tone that sounds whenever a key is depressed to be set.

The value range is 0 to 100. The change occurs in increments of 5.
Adjusting Key Tone Volume
1. Press the Menu key.
2. Select the menu command Settings / Setup .
3. Select the option Key tones.
• The input dialog shown in Figure 6-25 is displayed.
