Concentration Measurements—Standard Curve
Application

The Standard Curve application lets you perform a quantitative analysis experiment using a
multipoint calibration curve. A calibration curve is composed of standards of well-known
concentration. A fit of this standard curve is used to measure the concentration of samples.

Use Standard Curve for:

• Creating a standard curve (set up the parameters and then measure the standards for the

curve)

•

Cell Correction

•

Measuring Samples

• Viewing calibration curve data: select between graphical and tabular displays

•

Editing a Standard Curve

: change the number of standards, select a different curve fit or

delete points from the curve.

• Viewing and saving sample data measured using the standard curve
