In the
Select All Bead Site Locations
screen, select site location of your beads (the identification
of the bead site is needed to update the batch-specific bead volume in
Run Protocol
mode as
output from the bead calculator). Select
Edit volumes
to proceed.

In the
Edit Volumes
screen insert volumes in the different sites (this information is for instructional
purposes when running the specific protocol and does not influence the instrument behavior itself).
It is recommended to add some “dead volume” to the minimum volume requirement, to account
for user-dependent preparations of solutions and consumables. Select
Create steps
to proceed.
