Pump Replacement

Use the following procedure to replace the pump.
Equipment required:

Phillips drive, #1 and #2

Turn instrument OFF, unplug power cord, and remove the cover

(

Figure 2–1

Unplug pump cable from Step POL board J7.

Disconnect tubing from pump.

Unfasten two captive hardware.

Slide pump right until keyway meets opening.

Remove Pump, Disconnect and Unfasten

Pull pump outwards.

Note

When installing pump, make sure the pump keyway opening goes

over the keyway.
