NOTE:
Many of the adjustments below can also be accomplished using the touch screen LCD
1.
MEMORY:
Insert a SD memory card into the slot under the left data cover.
There is a “memory in use” LED next to the card slot, do not remove the card when LED is glowing.
2.
POWER:
Open the Battery Door by pressing the Battery Latch on the bottom of the handle and insert a charged
battery.
The battery is charged by the included battery charger or by connecting the power supply directly to the
camera while in the camera (Right Side Data Cover).
When the battery is charging in the camera, the indicator LED (under the same cover) glows continuously
when fully charged.
3.
START:
Press the On/Off button, the power Indicator LED will glow while powered up.
4.
FOCUS:
Focus is optimized by manually rotating the focusing ring around the infrared camera lens.
5.
AUTO ADJUST:
While in live image mode (not preview or archive mode), press the [Auto/Manual-OK] button,
to toggle the camera between Auto and Manual mode.
The current mode will be indicated in the upper left hand corner of the LCD.
6.
MANUAL ADJUST:
While in the live image mode (not preview or archive mode), press the [Auto/Manual-OK]
button.
Use the [Navigation Pad] to select
Now to manually adjust Span, use the left and right arrows to increase or decrease the Spam.
To manually adjust Level, use the up and down arrows raise or lower the Level.
