Parking Brake
Set the Parking Brake located on the Tender to the
ENGAGED
position to hold the Locomotive in position, and the
RELEASED
position when you are ready to operate or run the Locomotive
(See Figure 11).
In an emergency the Parking Brake can be engaged while the
Locomotive is running. This will stop the Locomotive and shut
down all power.

1. Set the Speed Control to the
Neutral Position
(See
Figure 12).
2. Set the Key Switch to the
Power ON
position (See
Figure 12).
3. When the Key Switch is set to
Power ON
the Firmware
version of each logic board will be displayed for two
seconds in the following order: (See Figure 13)

After the Firmware display is finished the LCD screen will
alternate between the following screens: (See Figure 14)
