Operation procedure
When the CHECK key is lit in green, the set
voltage and current are displayed.

When the CHECK key is unlit, the output
voltage and current are displayed.
When the output is off, the CHECK key remains
lit in green.
(No CHECK key operations can be performed.)
When the OUTPUT key is pressed and then lit in
red (turning the output on), the CHECK key light
goes out.
