To cancel the Compare measurement, press the Shift key

Background
Math measurement runs three types of mathematical operation, MX+B, 1/X, and
percentage, based on the other measurement results.
Math type
MX+B
Multiplies the reading (X) by the factor (M) and
adds/subtracts offset (B).
1/X
Divides the reading (X) by 1, which provides the inverse
number.
Percentage
Runs the following equation.
