10-2. Updating the Firmware

Background

New firmware can be downloaded from the TEXIO
website in the DSO products section.
Place a copy of the firmware onto the root directory
of a USB memory stick.

Panel Operation 1. Put the USB drive that contains

the firmware into the front panel
USB port.

menu.

3. Use the

Variable

knob to highlight the upgrade

file.

4. Press the

Select

key to begin the

installation of the upgrade file.

Select

5. A message will appear asking you to confirm

this process.
Press the

Select

key again to

confirm the installation of the
firmware.

Select

Alternatively, press any other key to cancel the
installation.

6. Wait for the installation process to complete.

When the installation has completed you will be
prompted to restart the oscilloscope.
