CAUTION

Writing into the reserved bits is NOT RECOMMENDED since it is likely to have
an adverse effect on the normal operation of Temperature Sensor. In the
process of Clearing (or setting) the TEMP_SENSE_DIS bit, the other bits in the
register need to be stayed intact. Therefore you should use a read-modify-write
technique to clear or set this bit.
