If a valid IAR Embedded Workbench 5.5 license is not available, the executable code can still be
downloaded to the board with the following steps using the installed IAR Embedded Workbench 5.5.

1. Open the project workspace as described in

Section A.2

steps 1 through 5. Then connect the board to

the MSP-FET430UIF as described in step 8.
