Connecting Two Calculators with a Unit-to-Unit Cable

The 

TI-83 Plus

 link port is located at the center of the bottom edge of the

calculator.

1. Firmly insert either end of the unit-to-unit cable into the port.

2. Insert the other end of the cable into the other calculator’s port.

Linking to the CBL/CBR System

The CBL 2/CBL and the CBR are optional accessories that also connect
to a 

TI-83 Plus

 with the unit-to-unit link cable. With a CBL 2/CBL or CBR

and a 

TI-83 Plus

, you can collect and analyze real-world data. The

software that enables this communication is built into the 

TI-83 Plus

.
