Replacing Memory Storage Battery (see Figure 4)
Remove the belt clip (2 screws) and unplug the leadset. Remove the 4
black screws from the handsets housing. Separate the front and back
shells of the housing at the end near the modular plug. Holding the
end spread apart about an inch, wiggle and pull the housing until the
opposite end releases. Carefully separate the front and back shells,
taking care not to damage the wires. Locate the battery. Observing
proper polarity, remove the expended battery and replace with a new
one. Reassemble front and back shells, making certain no wires are
pinched and the gasket is correctly aligned. The end of the shells near
the earpiece snap together. Tighten the 4 black screws. Replace the
belt clip and the test lead.
