Do not place and use the appliance on an unstable 

surface. Do not use the appliance on mats or tables 

that are weak against heat.

Any other usage may result in damage to the plug.

Hold the plug when unplugging the appliance from the 

outlet.

Pour the broth into both sides of the hot 

pot and put the lid on.

Temperature control will not function well unless the 

broth is poured into both sides of the pot.

Add the soup ingredients when the broth starts boiling.

Return the temperature control lever to “OFF” after use, and unplug 

the power cord from the outlet.

Do not use the appliance close to walls or furniture.

Do not place the hot lid on tables or objects that are 

weak against heat.

Otherwise, fire or burns may result.

The heat or steam may damage, discolor, or deform 

furniture.

Do not use if the lid knob or hot pot handles are loose.

get hot.

Doing so may cause damage to the appliance.

Do not leave leftover food (liquids) or burnt deposits in 

the appliance for a long period of time.

Set the temperature control lever to “250.”

The power lamp will turn ON.

Be careful of the steam when removing the lid.

Exercise caution because steam or oil may 

bubble up from the space between 

the lid and hot pot/grooved plate.

Do not leave the lid slight ajar on the pot.

Control the temperature so that the soup does not boil over.

The temperature will rise when the lid is used, resulting in a decrease in cooking time. 

The lid can also be used for steaming.
