5.3  Test Voltage Display Remains at (or Near) Zero 

 
 

 

If the digital voltage display on the KATC-V does not increase as the variac 
knob on the test equipment is turned, or the test results are not believable, 
the most probable reason is a tripped circuit breaker on the rear of the 
KATC-V. Check the breaker and, if it is tripped, reset it.  The Red neon light 
on the front panel will light if the Breaker is tripped.
