Please carefully read the below terms and conditions of the end user licence agreement
(“EULA”) before using your Tesco hudl2. All software distributed on this device (“software”) is
licensed to you by Tesco and the third parties whose software is pre-installed on the device
(“third parties”).
You do not own the software and may not transfer it. By using the software on the device,
you give your consent to be bound by this EULA and also agree to observe the EULAs of third
parties. This EULA also applies to any upgrades that replace the original software.
The Ts & Cs
Grant of licence
Subject to the terms and conditions of this licence, Tesco grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable right to use the software. The software can only be used on the Tesco
manufactured product it is delivered with.
Title
You have no title, ownership rights, rights to trade secrets, or intellectual rights to the
software supplied with the hudl2 device.
Limitations
You may not alter, decrypt, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer in part or in
whole the software, except as permitted by mandatory applicable law.
