Sending Reports
The Quantum system allows you to send reports to an FTP server. You can send current reports for each
of the report types, and you can send stored run reports. You can also configure the system so it
automatically sends run reports to a server when they are completed. For more information see the
Quantum Cell Expansion System Administrator’s Guide.
Sending a Current Report
Complete the following steps to send a current report to an FTP server:
1. Touch
Utilities

The Utilities screen appears.
2. Touch
Reports
.
The Reports screen appears.
3. Under the report type that you want to send to the FTP server, touch
View
. For example, if you want
to send the current configuration report to the server, touch
View
under the Configuration Reports
section.
The system displays the current report.
4. Touch
Send
.
The system sends the report to the server.
Sending Stored Run Reports
Complete the following steps to send stored run reports to an FTP server:
1. Touch
Utilities

The Utilities screen appears.
2. Touch
Reports
.
The Reports screen appears.
3. Under Run Reports, touch
Manage
.
The Manage Run Reports screen appears, as shown in Figure 15-2 on page 15-6.
4. Touch the check boxes for the reports that you want to send.
5. Touch
Send
.
The system sends the reports to the server.
