23. Lower Gate Enable Switch

With the lift at the lower level check that the lower gate enable switch is
central in the hole in the bottom of the right hand guide.
Adjust the switch
if necessary.
24. Bleeding the Ram

Bleed the ram by using the special bleed tube, while standing on the
platform. Attach the bleed tube to one of the bleed ports and drive the
lift up a minimum of 300mm and then allow it to sink all the way down.
Replace the cap on this port and then repeat the process on the other port.
WARNING:
Keep fi ngers clear of moving parts and trapping hazards.
Never re-use oil. Top up the tank with new oil if required.
IMPORTANT: AFTER BLEEDING THE RAM, REPLACE THE BLEED
VALVES WITH BLANKING PLUGS PROVIDED
25. Radio Isolate Programming Instructions

The Radio Isolate Reciever has been developed to provide an easily
programmable timer for use across the range of Terry lifting Products. The
unit is located externally to the lift and connects into the powerpack unit.
