ranty concerning raw materials and manufactural
defects. The warranty period starts from the date
of purchase.
2. We commit ourselves to during the warranty period
repair or have another party repair potential flaws
or failures, which have arisen due to manufacturing
flaws or raw materials used. This, however, requires
that the boat is delivered for reviewing either to the
manufacturer itself or to a repair shop indicated by
the manufacturer, as long as nothing else has sepa-
rately been agreed upon with the manufacturer.
3. The warranty obligation does not affect:
a. Flaws or defects that are caused by factors the
manufacturer cannot influence. These include, but
are not limited to, natural wear and tear, incorrect or
inadequate maintenance or use against the owner’s
manual instructions.
b. Aesthetical deviations, color alterations due to
UV-radiation, oxidation, mildewing or discoloration/
color melting due to use of solvents.
c. Boats, to which structural alterations has been
made by others than TerhiTec Oy.

compared to these.

that is either heavier or more effective than the
manufacturer allows.
f. Boats whose WIN-code (manufacturing number)
has been removed.
g. Boats that have switched owners without the
original warranty card.
h. Parts and accessories TerhiTec Oy has acquired via
subcontractors (i.e. compass, bilge pump). Warranty
for these is obtained via the original manufacturer.
4. The warranty period for boats that are used in com-
petitions, as rentals or for professional use is one
(1) year.
5. Indirect damages will not be compensated.
6. In order for the warranty to be valid, the warranty
card needs to be fully filled out together with the
reseller at the time of purchase. In warranty-related
issues the customer is to be in contact with the
dealer, from which the boat has been bought.
7. Buyer is responsible to report any errors within rea-
sonable time since noticing the errors or should have
noticed. However the error message must be made
