4. Slip the flat drive belt off the transaxle

sheave.

NOTE: Make sure no pressure is being applied to

the clutch bar when changing the drive belt.

5. Slip the drive belt off the motor sheave.

Remove the drive belt.

6. Install the new drive belt on the motor

sheave.

7. Install the new drive belt on the transaxle

sheave.

NOTE: Make sure the new belt is over the clutch

idler pulley.

8. Adjust the belt stop so it just clears the flat

belt when it is tight.

This to stop the belt

from moving when the machine is in neutral.
