3640E 330565 (5--00)

3. Remove the five nuts from the back of the

brush wrap. Remove and retain the five bolt

plates.

4. Remove the rear skirt/recirculation flap from

the machine.

5. Install the new rear skirt/recirculation flap on

the machine. Lift the rear skirt/recirculation

flap and install the five bolt plates through

the rear skirt/recirculation flap and the

machine frame. Install the five nuts and

lightly tighten.

6. Reinstall the main brush. See TO REPLACE

MAIN BRUSH instructions.

7. Reinstall the hopper in the machine. See TO

INSTALL DEBRIS HOPPER instructions.

8. Operate the machine and check for proper

sweeping operation.
