Guarantee:
TEN Automotive Equipment Limited hereby declare to warrant this product to be free
from defects in material and manufacture for the period stated at the time of purchase.
During this period such defective components will be replaced, without charge, unless:
1:
The defect or condition of the equipment is a product of neglect, improper use,
vandalism, accident, fire, flood or Act of God.
2:
The component is “consumable” such as the Cable, Connectors and Carry Case.
3:
Attempted repairs or adjustments by any person or company not authorized or
recognized by TEN Automotive Equipment Limited.
No responsibility will be accepted for any carriage costs or subsequent transit damage.
This Guarantee in no way affects your statutory rights.
