Unconditional shutdown
The following flow chart shows the proper procedure for unconditional shutdown of
ME310G1 except in PSM mode. When the procedure is completed the ME310G1 is reset
and it stops any operation. After the release of the line, the ME310G1 is unconditionally
shut down, without performing any detach operation from the network in which it is
registered.
