FCC RF-exposure Statement
The S50/AI and S50/AP, if used with the antenna described in chapter
7.5 OEM Layout and Antenna Selection in Respect to RED/FCC/IC Certification, do comply
with the FCC/IC RF radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment.
According to table 1B of 47 CFR 1.11310 “Limits for Maximum Permissible Exposure
(MPE), Limits for General Population / Uncontrolled Exposure” the power
density at 20
cm distance to the human body is well below the limit of 1mW/cm2.
Note/Tip: For the S50/AI the distance to the human body may
be 0cm. The same applies for the S50/AP if the specific
antenna stated in 7.5 OEM Layout and Antenna Selection in Respect to
RED/FCC/IC Certification is used. But if a different antenna is used,
MPE must be re-evaluated.
