PRISM MPS Rack Accessory Installation Instructions
Assembly
This section describes how to install the rack accessory equipment to the PRISM MPS
and install the MPS in a rack.
Initial Product Inspection
1.
Inspect the shipping carton for external damage, which may indicate damage to
the instrument.
2.
Remove the equipment from the shipping carton and check that the instrument
has not been damaged in transit. Prior to shipment the instrument is thoroughly
inspected for mechanical defects. The exterior should not have any scratches or
impact marks.
Note:
Save the shipping carton and packaging materials for instrument repackaging
in case shipment becomes necessary.
3.
Verify the shipping carton contains the accessories you ordered and all necessary
screws.
