PRISM MPI2-RACK-MD Installation and Safety Instructions

Power-on and power-off procedures

This section describes how to apply power-on and power-off the PRISM waveform monitor and extended touch display.

Power cord installation

This module is powered by an AC power source. Connect the power cord to the power connector on the rear panel of each

module. The power connector is keyed to be directional, with the flat portion of the power cord housing facing the left of the

module (as viewed from the rear). When fully inserted, the power cord housing latches onto each module power connector.

CAUTION.

To minimize the risk of damage to the module, it is strongly recommended that the power cord be connected

to the module before the power cord is connected to the AC power source.
