Marked Out
—Indicates that the MarkOUT command has been sent by the Web
API. When the MarkIN command is sent, the capture state will return to Recording.
Pending Capture State Indicator
The Pending Capture State indicator displays the pending state of the Capture channel
and a countdown timer to when that event will occur. Pending Capture State indicators
can appear for the following Trigger types when the described conditions are present:
Manual Trigger
—When the Time-Shift feature is enabled and/or when using the
Advanced Record with a delayed Start or Stop Timecode.
Web Service Trigger
—When using the Web API commands with timecodes in the
future.
Schedule Trigger
—When events are queued from the Schedule calendar.
The Pending Capture States are:
•
Pending
Record in HH:MM:SS
—Indicates the amount of time until recording
begins, which is set to occur when the timecode designated as the first frame is
reached. The first frame can be set either by using the Time-Shift feature, be specif-
ically entered in the Advanced Record dialog, be sent via the Web Service, or by an
event queued from the Schedule Triggers calendar. The Present state will transition
to Recording when the start frame is written to the captured file.
•
Pending Pause in HH:MM:SS
—Indicates the time remaining until the Paused
state, which will occur when the frame contained in the Time-Shift buffer, or when
the timecode sent by the Web API MarkOut/EditOut command, is reached. When
this frame or timecode is reached the Present Capture state will display Paused.
•
Pending Resume in HH:MM:SS
—Indicates the time remaining until the Recording
state will resume, which will occur when the frame contained in the Time-Shift buf-
fer, or when the time code sent by the Web API MarkIN/EditIN command, is
reached. When this frame or timecode is reached the Present Capture state will dis-
play Recording.
•
Pending Stop in HH:MM:SS
—Indicates the time remaining until recording will
stop, which will occur when the frame contained in the stop Time-Shift buffer or
when the stop timecode sent by the Web API Stop command, is reached. When this
frame or timecode is reached the Present Capture state will display Ready.
Note:
When in a pending state the Record button is inactive.
