Creating Capture & Tape Action Workflows
Creating and Activating the Capture Action Workflow

Lightspeed Live Capture User Guide
When a workflow using a Schedule Trigger is activated it will immediately attempt to
log into the calendar service using the credentials supplied. The status of the calendar
connection can be found in the workflow's Monitor Status panel within the Vantage
Workflow Designer. If it fails to log in the workflow activation will fail. If this occurs, re-
enter the correct credentials within the Schedule Trigger and reactivate the Workflow.
Note:
Do not edit a previously captured calendar event, and do not try to reuse a
previously captured calendar event by giving it a new time; if you do, errors may occur.
It is permissible to edit an event that has not yet been captured.
Note:
Calendar event time windows should not overlap. For example, if one event is
set from 3:00 to 4:00 and another event on the same day is set from 3:15 to 4:15, they
will overlap and may cause errors to occur.
Note:
When a Leader is included in the Capture action workflow, enough time must
be provided between activating the workflow and capturing the
first
clip to allow the
Leader to be written. The capture will fail when adequate time is not available
between activating the workflow and capturing the first clip.
