System does not start correctly
The system is not accessible at all or it restarts approximately
every two minutes.
Reasons
|
A software update failed. For more information on
software update problems, refer to
Chapter 9.3 Software update problems
|
Modifications in the
pabx.cfg
cause the problem.
|
A hardware issue causes the problem.
Symptoms
|
The system is not accessible via GATE Manager or FTP.
|
The system is accessible, but restarts approximately
every 2 minutes.
Solution
|
Make sure that FTP is allowed in your network.
|
Check whether you have access to the system using FTP.
|
If you cannot access your VoIPBox, the operating system
is no longer accessible. In that case you need to contact
your service partner for help.
