3.2.2 DSX Card Front Patch

Install front patches to temporarily re-route signals.

Patches with jacks labeled O,OX, I, IX are

intrusive and interrupt service.

Use 734A or 735A cable. Patch only to cards less than 20 feet

away. Remove temporary patches in accordance with office procedures after permanent
backplane cross-connections have been made.
