Emissions which exceed the levels required by this standard may occur when this equipment is connected to a
test object.

Equipment may not meet the immunity requirements of applicable listed standards when test leads and/or test
probes are connected due to coupling of electromagnetic interference onto those leads/probes. To minimize the
in
fl
uence of electromagnetic interference, minimize the loop area between the unshielded portions of signal and
associated return leads, and keep leads as far away as possible from electromagnetic disturbance sources.
Twisting unshielded test leads together is an effective way to reduce loop area. For probes, keep the ground
