speci fi es that clock recovery uses the mean of the clock signal as the clock
frequency.
MEDian
speci fi es that clock recovery uses the mode of the clock signal as the
clock frequency.
FIXed
speci fi es that clock recovery uses the value set by the user as the clock
frequency.
