Operating Basics

Generate a pulse waveform

Push the front-panel Pulse
button to display the Pulse
screen.

Push the Pulse Parameter Menu
bezel button.

NOTE.

All of the following

parameters can be adjusted using the
numeric keypad or the general knob.

Push the Duty bezel button and
adjust the parameter as needed,
and then push the Width bezel
button and adjust the parameter
as needed.

Push the Leading Edge bezel
button and adjust the parameter
as needed, then push the
Trailing Edge bezel button and
adjust the parameter as needed.

You can set the lead delay by pushing the

front-panel button, and then pushing the Frequency/Period/Delay Menu and adjusting
the parameter as needed.

Pulse waveform formulas

The following formulas are applied to leading edge time, trailing edge time, pulse
period, and pulse width of pulse waveforms.
