INSTRUMENT FAMILIARIZATION
INTRODUCTION
The procedures in this section are designed to assist you
in quickly becoming familiar w ith the 2335. It provides
inform ation which demonstrates the use o f all the controls,
connectors, and indicators and w ill enable you to e ffi­
ciently operate the instrument.
Before proceeding w ith these instructions, verify that
the LINE VO LTAG E SELECTOR switch is placed in the
proper position and that the correct line fuse is installed fo r
the available ac-power-in put source voitage. Refer to the
"Preparation fo r Use" instructions in this manual fo r
this inform ation. V erify that the POWER switch is OFF
(push button out), then plug the power cord into the ac-
power-input-source outlet.
If during the performance o f these procedures an
improper indication or instrument malfunction is noted,
first verify correct operation o f associated equipment.
Should the malfunction persist, refer the instrument to
qualified service personnel fo r repair or adjustment.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
The equipment listed in Table 3, or the equivalent, is
required to complete these fam iliarization procedures for
the 2335.
