7.14. DISASSEMBLING THE SADDLE

1. On both side, disassemble the 2 pulleys on
which the saddle moves, backing off the nut
a using a 17-mm wrench and locking down
the eccentric pin
b using a 24-mm wrench.
2. Remove the saddle from the equipment.
To reassemble the saddle, carry out the above
steps in reverse order.
After completing this operation, adjust
the saddle position as described in
paragraph 8.4. “Saddle sliding”.
