DISMANTLING BRAKE BOARD 

OPERATION 

ACTIONS 

Dismantling 
BRAKE BOARD 

 
1.

 

Remove the LEFT lateral casing (6 screws, 4mm hex wrench). 

2.

 

Loosen the 2  fixing screws of the Brake board on the frame  (4mm 
hex wrench). 

3.

 

Remove the Brake Board from the slots on the frame. 

4. 

Disconnect the cables from the Brake Board.

DISMANTLING BRAKE BELT 

OPERATION 

ACTIONS 

Dismantling 
BRAKE BELT 

 

1.

 

Remove the FRONT FRAME PROTECTIONS,  as detailed in the 
relevant paragraph. 

2.

 

Disconnect the platform lever belt from the connecting rod of the 
plastic pulley assembly (17mm socket  6mm hex wrench). 

 

NOTE: Take note of the position of the belt tensioner, to restore 
the correct position during the reassembly phase. 

 

3.

 

Loosen the tension of the brake belt  (17mm  wrench  + 5mm  hex 
wrench) 

4.

 

Remove the belt.
