two guides by means of a cable. A
is used for selecting the load in order to
adjust the exercise effort level. The knob can be used to increase the selected
workload by 2.5 kg. Pull on the knob and lower it until the extra weight rests on the
first plate in the weight stack. To remove this extra weight, simply return the knob
to its original position.
