Description of the control panel
Heart rate LEDs
The heart rate LEDs will be unlit if there is
no heart rate signal. If there is a heart rate
signal the LEDs will light up, and if the age
has been entered when programming the
exercise or if the exercise has been stored on
the TGS key, the LEDs will all light up and the
LED corresponding to the user’s theoretical
maximum heart rate will blink.
The first two LEDs, coloured orange, signal a heart rate less than 0% of the theoretical
maximum heart rate; the four central LEDs, coloured green, signal values between 0% and
90%; the two red LEDs signal a heart rate greater than 90%.
