4.3.2 Failure Cause and Countermeasure
If instrument is abnormal, deal with it according to the following.

4.3.3 Replacing fuses
There are fuses

installed in instrument input power supply, and power
supply board, circuit board inside instrument.
If fuse is found broken, first check and find the cause. Then replace the fuse.
